I had my PC running OBS beautifully for years. All I did was recording the screen. No games, no streaming. On settings a YouTube person suggested.
A few months ago I messed up a setting and had to uninstall/reinstall to resolve it. But now no matter what settings I use -- no matter what YouTube guru I try -- it brings my system to a crawl. I used to be able to record videos streaming on the internet and get near identical quality.
My spec --
There's no GPU outside of Intel Integrated. Still it worked fine for years. Frustrating. And I checked my YouTube history but said tutorial doesn't come up.
