When i record desktop/games it comes out with horrible quality. Ive been tweaking with it and when I get good frames in game and i see that obs is recording fine. But when i go to open the file of recording it has the worst lag ive ever seen. These are my specs. (Im not streaming) I want to make note that ive been using dxtory and it has ok quality with decent frames. However i want to use obs because of the optimizations and filter you can use.

Change the recording format back to flv and change the encoder to software low cpu use.
