Lag and Echo in my recordings

I'm trying to use OBS to record a podcast with two other people, so 3 total. I downloaded the NDI plugin and NDI runtime to bring in our video and audio from skype. I've tried muting my own mic/aux output through OBS, as well as my desktop audio. I only have the 3 NDI sources outputting audio. I've tried recording each ndi source in a different track, but that a whole other problem of not knowing how to edit it in VSDC. PLEASE HELP!!

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning.
3. If still experiencing video lag, record to 30 FPS.
