Question / Help LAG after 10/20 minutes in Livestream?

Hello people, I don't no why this happens here. After 10/20 minutes doing a livestream my games start lag...
Independent of the game... This happens after update the OBS for 18.0.1... Anyone have this problem too?

same here trying to figure out why that happens. I want to downgrade to the latest 17. whatever version i had before. Seems like i start to stream and works fine for like 10min then the preview starts to get choppy and im running 2pcs so I dont know. Even having obs opened on my desktop lags up my second monitor.... and I use 2 seperate gpus still does it.
