When the game is shown (CS GO, Legend League, Hellblade, Rise of the Tomb Reader and others) I dont have problems, all as needed. But when I start streaming the browser window or the desktop start the awful lag. The resolution in games is exactly the same as the resolution of the desktop (1920х1080). These delays do not depend on whether the system boots at this point, when all games and programs are disabled, absolutely the same thing happens.When I turn on the desktop or window, it says "Encoder is overloaded". Stream goes through AVC encoder (AMD). Why when I broadcast heavy games I dont have lags, but when I streaming just the desktop with the programs turned off, do they appear?
