I am new to obs and decided to try it out on kick for the first time and I cant get it to not cut and loose frames.
I looked at tutorials and some youtube videos but not really a lot and im also using a laptop so I dont know if it might be because it is not strong enough.
Any help?

Thank you for supplying a log with your issue.

1. In many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, the FIRST troubleshooting step would be to switch to WIRED. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections. If your router/switch is too far away, look into Ethernet-over-power.
2. Use TwitchTest to make sure you are connecting to the best server for your location.
3. OBS > Settings > Advanced > Network > enable Dynamically change bitrate
4. Settings > Output > Change the Video Encoder to QuickSync H.264
5. Display capture should only be used if you need to capture Windows stuff such as desktop and start menu, and if you do need to use it, it should be it it's own scene separate from Window and Game captures.

Regarding strong enough, it depends. OBS is running on an Intel iGPU. This hardware is generally not powerful enough to be used for both gaming (depends on the game) and running OBS. Situations where only sources from e.g. cameras and capture cards are used might work. Your system is below minimum specs for OBS to run and is too underpowered to livestream using software encoding. Livestreams and recordings may run more smoothly if you are using a hardware encoder like QuickSync as previously stated.

It depends on the content. I can't tell what that is just from your log. If you are still having issues after making those changes, post a new log.
