I don't understand why the keyint is rounded to seconds. Maybe it should be # frames instead. If the video is 30 fps, I should be able to force a keyframe every 45 frames. I want the keyframe interval to be 1.5 seconds. It seems kind of arbitrary to round it to whole seconds.
