That's how it's supposed to work, it's not a bug.
This is so people can change scenes while in a game and/or doing other things.
Maybe you should change your hotkeys to something that you don't use much, like the "F Keys".
Oh, you are right. Thanks.
Maybe an check/uncheck button to activate/deactivate this *permanent* hotkeys would be nice on futures upgrades too!

Why would a check/uncheck button to activate/deactivate the hotkeys be useful at all? That would require you to go into the settings and change things for no reason.
I'm guessing you've never used a keyboard or any other software that has hotkeys.
The whole point of hotkeys, is so you can set buttons you don't use much as a "toggle/button" to do something.
There would be no point of having a button, checkbox or anything like that, that would disable the hotkeys.
Just set your hotkeys to keys you don't ever use, like half of the "F Keys" and about 20 other buttons that I can think of on a standard size keyboard that 99% of people don't use while streaming.

Not everyone is gaming with OBS. Im using it as a camera switcher. I also have another typing apps opened while using OBS and is it very annoying to be typing in, lets say, my music note editor (which uses keyboard shortcuts too to enter the notes) and seeing my OBS go crazy switching between my all 4 cams... a little activate/desactivate permanent hotkey would be nice for some of us though
