Keyboard shortcut issues with the Lower Third plugin

Hello, I'm using Lower Third plugin in OBS 29 and I can't access the keyboard shortcuts configured to open a slot. Can anybody help me?

I have the same problem. The Lower Third plugin works when I select it with my mouse pointer but the shortcut keys don't work. Any ideas, please? TIA.
