Question / Help Keeps failing to connect to server

[Echo]

Every time I try to start a new stream an error pops up and says "Failed to connect to server" How can I fix this? Is OBS not supporting AMD?

Here are my specs:
16G Ram
OS: Windows 10
x64-bit
AMD Anthlom(tm) X4 860K Quad Core Processor 3.70 GHz

What does your processor have to do with this?

It's all in your settings.

Specifically, settings -> advanced -> bind to IP.
Set it to default. If it's already default, set it to your ipv4 address (usually starts with 192.168)

I tried the exact same thing because I have exact same specs and exact same issue there is no ipv4 nothing starts with 192.168
