Keeps disconnecting me

I was streaming tonight and I got disconnected twice. Its really annoying because I don't even notice it until I happen to glance over at my other monitor. I don't know what is causing it. I don't have any encoding lag or network lag. And no dropped frames either.
So something is up but I don't know what.

So no solution to this? Its just happened again. Are any of the devs of this app able to help diagnose what the problem is?

Here's the log from just now:

17:37:19.006: WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (4104 bytes)
17:37:19.007: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (59 bytes)
17:37:19.007: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)

This error indicates there's an issue on your home network or in the ISP itself. Most probably an issue within the ISP.
It's related to the RTMP protocol used for streaming. Speed tests don't measure this protocol.

I don't have any network problems with any other apps or games.

I just did a quick search for what RTMP is and the first result is this:

Real-Time Messaging Protocol is a communication protocol for streaming audio, video, and data over the Internet. Originally developed as a proprietary protocol by Macromedia for streaming between Flash Player and the Flash Communication Server, Adobe has released an incomplete version of the specification of the protocol for public use.

So we don't have the protocol in its entirety. When are they going to release it completely?

You do have a network problem. Other programs don't use rtmp protocol, so no issues with this other programs.
As for your last question, you should ask Adobe about it.

Again, the errors on the log file indicates an issue on the network. It could be an issue on the network adapter driver, the network adapter itself, the network cable, the router/modem, in any part of the ISP (most probably) or it could be an issue on the network on top of the ISP, but that's something to see by the ISP.

Ok so I've done some digging and found a program to show detailed network stats (Ping Plotter). I have been running for a few minutes without streaming and noticed a red line which I double clicked on and it shows some jitter. Whatever that means. Then there's the numbers in yellow circles. Not sure what they mean. The green circles I'm guessing means all good?

All of a sudden I can't edit my post so I had to write it all out again.

I did update my network drivers are few days ago (dated 2024/09/18). That made a difference I thought but nope. Still same issue. This time it was almost an hour and a half until the disconnect happened. Getting the same error codes:

WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (4104 bytes)
WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (59 bytes)
WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)

and

[rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Disabling network optimizations, not compatible with RTMPS

What network optimizations? Where do I see these settings?

Well I rang up my ISP and they opted me out of cgnat. Whatever that is. So I'll see if that makes any difference.

No drop outs tonight. Though I streamed for only 52 minutes. There was 100% packet loss during my stream though. I stopped streaming at 21:27. So about half hour after the packet loss which lasted for five minutes. But it wasn't noticeable. At least I didn't notice anything. I was glancing over at my other monitor regularly to see what was happening.
