Keep having changed settings on windows setup

Hello there,

I would like to seek help in stabilising my OBS set ups on my windows set ups to stream. It is getting annoying that the sessions can't proceed smoothly due to an unexpected change settings in system. These are the settings that were experienced somehow randomly:

1. Mic disabled
2. Audio monitor and output was switched off
3. Camera can't be detected
4. Video capture card cannot be detected

Some of these settings changed themselves without anyone tampering with them and some issues were due to windows settings (eg. camera was disabled itself)

Seek your kind expertise in these issues on stabilising the settings to ensure that they don't change.
