Question / Help kbs/bitrate problem

hi, I have a problem with obs. I have 2.8 mb of upload in speedtest but obs does not go beyond 300 bitrates. if I raise the bitrate value around 1800 in the lower right corner the kbs stops at 0 or maximum 300. why?

Thats not really an OBS related issue. You can try using the new network code feature in your settings but this is mostly caused by your ISP screwing your over.
