I do a daily live stream, I'm on day number 492 currently, but early last week I started having this issue. It started off about an hour into the stream my kbs and frames would fluctuate wildly going from their set 1900 and 30 to at some points 0 for both for a few hours. Then a few days later is started happening at the beginning and lasting a few hours. Now it's happening randomly in small of time.
Things I've tried:
-lowered and raised bitrate
-lowered and raised frame
-tested my net speed (60 down 3.5-5 up)
-tested streaming from a different computer (same fluctuation)
-contacted ISP. They say it looks good on their end it must be my route and their service isn't meant for streaming (it actually got worse after I called them so I'm still not sure they aren't throttling me)
-emailed twitch with no reply.
I'm not sure what file shows it since I've tried starting and stopping stream to fix it as well, so I'll try a few if that's okay.
