as of yesterday morning my obs started acting up and my kbs is all over the place giving me frame drops often on stream.

Well most of those things i have already done. This never started happening until yesterday so i don't know what changed.

I mean i dont think it has to do with my internet im able to do everything just fine. Im actually on Xsplit right now and im not getting any dropped frames at all. My kbs is sitting around 2,000.

Dropped frames can only be a network-related problem. Have you tried using the Minimize Network Impact option?

no where can i find this option on obs studio?

Okay what am i supposed to tell my ISP? my connection to everything else is fine but im having trouble with one program? lol honestly

My kbs green bar is going from green to yellow and red. This started happening three days ago, i had already updated to the newest studio update a few days before this started happening. Nothing changed on my computer in the last two weeks that could affect this. All my other programs and internet connections are working perfectly fine. I did try Xslpit and noticed that my connection was stable on there program but i could never use anything else so i hope someone finds a fix or this is patched in a update.

You haven't really given any results from your troubleshooting other than XSplit appears to work alright, so it's hard to tell. What do your TwitchTest results look like? Post a screenshot from the program.

ones a speed test the other is the twitchtest.I use the San Francisco server

Those TwitchTest results are awful. Change the TCP window size to auto/default, set the test length to medium, and select only the US as your region. If it still comes back with anything close to 0 quality across the board like it does now, and you've followed all of the other steps in the link I've provided, then your ISP needs to have a look. You would tell them you're trying to stream and that the connection is too unstable, causing lots of lost data. Don't let them tell you "Oh, it looks fine from our end" because obviously it's not. Someone needs to investigate the connection more thoroughly than having you run a Speedtest and calling it a day.

Yeah quality came back 0 again on all the US servers and yeah i feel like i should be getting at least 5000kbs +.
