I've had the problem for a few days now, but it got really annoying today, since it happened 4 to 5 times during a 1:30 hour stream.
What happens is that randomly, somtimes after a few minutes sometimes after half an hour kb/s drop completely to 0 for about 2-3 mins and then everythings goes back to normal for about 10 mins.
