I've been having this problem for days now and it's so frustrating i can't sleep because it's bugging me so much.
I have a good internet connection, around 100 down and 70 up, a gtx 970 and my cpu is AMD A10-6700 3.7ghz
I can stream pretty fine most of the time, some games can be too much for my poor cpu but otherwise its good.
I just plugged in an extra monitor so i can watch my streamchat and more while ingame and to be able to do that i made (H1Z1) Borderless Windowed. The thing is that as soon as i start a game the ms goes to 10000 and the kb/s on obs goes to 0.
The same thing happens if i play in fullscreen mode and alt+tab out of the game and back in.
I've tried everything i could possibly find on the internet but nothing has worked!
The only thing that worked was to set H1Z1 to only play on 3 cores, but the game loses around 20 fps and becomes almost unplayable.
Is my only solution to this problem going to be to buy a new CPU? :(
