Question / Help Kahoot Game as Window Capture

Hello
I'm trying to run a Kahoot game (kahoot.com) as a Window Capture, but I experience a lot of flickering, both from Google Chrome and Safari.
Do anyone know why this is happening? I run the Catalina operating system, that I understand has caused quite a few other problems in OBS.

Window capture in MacOS is non-performant. Use a desktop capture, with a Crop added to conform to a window.

When I put a desktop capture, I see my wallpaper... :( I choose "browser" and I putted the link but this link doesn't refresh, stays static... (even if I turn on the "refresh cache".. Can someone help? Thanks!
