we are trying to send a stream through a JVC video camera (model GY-HM170E) with a video card AGPTEK HD 1080, that is compatible with OBS Studio & Windows 10, using PotPlayer, the software that comes with the card. we have been trying everything we can think of but we cannot get the image from the camcorder into either PotPlayer or OBS. we've gone through all the settings about a million times & can't find what is stopping it from working. any tips???
