Just upgraded- OBS immediately crashes when streaming to Mixcloud (log file link attached)

Just upgraded to 29.0.2 and when I start the stream, it immediately crashes- I tried 3 times. Here is the crash report: https://obsproject.com/logs/PmM8setun8HROO9c
I appreciate anyone's help! The settings still look fine and I streamed on 26.2 or something like that (I haven't upgraded in a long time because I wanted to avoid issues with the updates...) last night with no issues.

Can anyone in this "community" help, please? Otherwise, I'll just go back to 26.0. Thanks.
