just downloaded obs and i get volume in my streams but cant hear on my computer or headphones

so i have obs have streamed once and everyone could hear the volume terrible voulme because i cant hear it on my end on the computer or headphones nothing disabled nahimic went throught the unmute control panel sond stuff like i read to do and still nothing have uninstalled and reinstalled i can hear sound in my head phones from other apps so its not my computer or headphones
need help please im need to go on this weekend but i need to be able to hear before hand to set sound
