Hi,
OBS worked flawlessly for up until about a week ago, but now is doing a weird thing. It'll work fine for a few seconds, then get quite jittery as if a few frames are being dropped, then clear up again, and keep going back and forth. I've done a lot of things, messed with bitrate, quality, frame rate, Xbox Game Bar, Windows Game Mode. I have it set to 24 FPS, that used to work just fine. I really am at a loss for what's going on. I believe there's no dropped frames due to encoding lag, either.
