here is video of what I have been going through on a daily basis, I'll include logs too. But it wont really matter considering I have to quit OBS every time it does this, so yeah, its either that or no stream at all so I have to constantly restart OBS

And thats why I am providing video for you, so you can see first hand what is going on, I don't know if it will help to point out the problem but it might.

A few things:

* You are skipping a decent amount of frames, so I recommend lowering your FPS to 30
* Window capture isn't super fast on Mac, and I don't know if having several unused window capture sources will have a detrimental effect on OBS's performance or not
* You appear to have 2 different Desktop Audio Device sources for some reason. You should only need one.

Try fixing those things and see how it goes.

Ok the audio, seems to be crashing OBS sometimes so I'll try that, 30 fps has to do with the computer and internet right? Cause I get 50 down and 11 Up more than enough for streaming. And 30 is gonna suck for FPS which I do play :( but is the window capture something that will be updated later on?

The 30 FPS is because of your computer, yes. I don't have a great feel yet for Mac hardware performance, but your CPU is a dual core, which isn't great for streaming, though it does have 4 logical cores. At the very least, reducing your FPS to 30 will reduce load and perhaps reveal what might be causing the problem more.

As for the Window capture, that's more of a consequence of the way Apple made it work. There's not much we can do about it. Display capture is fast, though.
