Jerky video on OBS 30

I am using OBS 30 on a Mac mini with 16 GB Ram running iOS 14.1. Since the update this evening my video is very jerky and at times the app is very slow to respond, Does that sound like the new version, or have I got something wrong in my settings?

I am using OBS 30 on a Mac mini with 16 GB Ram running iOS 14.1.

Since the update this evening my video is very jerky and at times the app is very slow to respond. I rolled back to 21.1.3.

I am using Zoom and in studio mode, it looks fine in the the preview window, but as soon as I select it, the video goes jerky and the app becomes unresponsive

Have I got something wrong in my settings?

Sounds like I'm having the same issue. One solution suggested to me was to disable preview. That has helped a little but hasn't solved my problem. It also seems to come and go. Just curious what are your output settings etc? Maybe if we compare and contrast our settings we can help each other
