Jerky Video Looks Like Stop Motion

I still can't get a decent stream to Youtube. Is the problem only my internet speed? Or is it my laptop? I'd like some advice on what to do.

I am doing remote live streaming at the airport. I basically have a setup in the back of my suv. Here is an example of a test that I did in this link. Notice how the first plane that goes by appears jerky while on the 2nd one that I zoomed in for the video froze for a second like a stop-motion movie. (ignore the small box on the lower left, that's a layer that should be under the camera layer). I am doing 1080p at 30fps...I did try 720p 30fps but that didn't help.

I had 3 different forms on connectivity and I'm not even seeing a difference between them. Laptop connected to a 5G home internet gateway via wifi, laptop connected to a 4G mobile hotspot via wifi, and the laptop tethered to my 5G phone via wifi. The connection isn't great and sometimes I get that yellow warning saying Youtube isn't receiving enough video. The thing is, there are other people out here who are running live streams in a similar fashion and their video looks mostly good save for the occasional glitch at 1080p. What am I doing wrong? Is it my laptop that doesn't have a good enough processor to handle all this video? I've tried different cpu usage settings from ultrafast to just fast. My bitrate is set to 2500. I really want to figure out what's wrong here!

Another thought: would i get any improvement if I connected the laptop to the gateway by ethernet cable instead of wifi?
