I recently upgraded the heck out my computer, and thought I'd be able to game capture from PS4 at 60fps now, but the playback is jerky and skips frames, and when it's recording, the warning flashes occasionally that the encoding is overloaded. I also get this warning when recording in Overwatch Replay Viewer, but the playback is near-flawless. What could be the issue?
