I am trying to use the j5create 4K Ultra HD Webcam on my imac but it will not allow recording in 4k with OBS. I can only get it to work by setting the 'use preset' and the resolution is auto set to 1280x720. How can I get OBS to record in 4k? When I try to use the higher resolutions, the camera will not turn on. According to the manufacture, they said I need to work it out with OBS.
