Question / Help I've tried different settings, nothing seems to help

I've been trying to get my local recordings to stop dropping or creating duplicate frames since I've started a couple weeks ago and have tried many different settings I have found on the forums. Today I downloaded the latest update (0.13.4) and it seems to have made it worse.

Here's the log of all I tried today and you can see that my frames are just terrible. I know my machine is pretty terrible and I will be upgrading within the coming weeks. Is there anything I can do to improve it for now?

I don't think your CPU can take the pressure, this is from the first recording attempt in the log:

Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 2871 (90.6%)
Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 510 (16.1%)

You could try recording in 720p but to be honest I don't suppose that'll help much. Basically all you can do is to try making your resolution smaller and lower your frame rate and see if it helps.
