Question / Help It's either stream with audio but no picture or picture and no audio

So I tried using the /Applications/OBS.app/Contents/MacOS/OBS to get the audio running. It works but it doesnt record my screen. But if i open OBS through applications, then there is no audio.

I use a USB Mic, MacBook Mac os Catalina, and i dont plan to record in-game audio.

Any help or advice would be appreciated
