Whenever I use my AMD GPU as an encoder, it always gives me the "Starting the Output Failed" error message. I made sure to update my Graphics Drivers but even then it still wouldn't work for some reason.
It says "Starting the Output Failed" whenever I use my AMD GPU as an Encoder.

2. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Scene).
