Issue : When uploading to youtube my Skyrim (And only Skyrim) videos become blurry/pixelated every 5 seconds.

I've recorded Darksouls, Darksouls 3, and Terraria without many issues... But a few months back I tried to record Skyrim and what happened was my recording looked pristine on my laptop... Yet once I uploaded it to youtube it turned into a mess. It got blurry every 5 seconds and looked terrible when I ran past foliage.

Once the new SE of Skyrim came out I tried again hoping that just maybe it would work out... Yet again every 5 seconds my video would look terrible for a small moment but was very noticeable when watching it over again on my laptop through youtube, and even on my phone. ( Before someone asks, yes I did wait for the video to load.. In fact here is one of the videos from October when I tried to get it to work https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=St7HdACzBkI )

I've tried everything from different recording settings recommended by a ton of different people on reddit, I've tried even using other recording programs... Which caused the same thing to still happen. I've tried rendering with Sony Vegas (I normally do, with all the disable resample, upscale, downscale, 30fps 29.7fps, 60fps, cbr, vbr, handbreak, not using a rendering program, using sony vegas with a friend's system to try to render and upload.... NOTHING I've tried has worked) I use the advanced settings in OBS Studios to split my audio up because I speak really quietly and I always need to raise my voice volume above the game's when I go to render.

My main question is if anyone here records Skyrim, or has had this issue before... How did you fix it? I've tried so many things and youtube support (Shocker here) has been zero help. The only things that they have told me is to let my video load fully, and to ensure that it is set to 1080p when watching, 3 times in a row after I told them multiple times I did... (My small group of subs/friends really want me to record Skyrim for this little legendary only challenge I wanted to do and I made a promise that I wouldn't play it again until I get this sucker to record and upload alright)

If ANYONE has ANYTHING they know that even might maybe possibly on a blue moon have a chance to fix this I would be eternally grateful. (

Try setting your keyframe interval to 2 seconds, and/or increasing your bitrate. Also youtube trashes quality so is this problem just on youtube or also when you play it back on your pc?

Only has the issue when uploaded to youtube. My normal video looks great. And I tried the keyframe thing already. I've tried recording videos in 8k bitrate all the way up to 100k. None of them worked yet :/

Thanks a ton for the suggestion though!
