Sorry, I do not mean to self advertise here.. but I have a stutter in MW Warzone... This stutter does not happen when I do not have OBS open. But when I stream with OBS, it happens after a few games.. here is the stutter in this clip.. (a little toward the end). After it stutters once, it happens more often. I tried to condense the video as much as possible.
