I've done some thorough research and after hours of changing bitrates, downscaling, and going through what feels like every process to troubleshoot the issue, i have no idea what's wrong with my stream. I have no idea if it has to do with my PC specs or just my settings. Here is my most recent log with all my settings on low, bitrate low, yet it still buffers every 10-15 seconds of gameplay.
I know upload speed is very important and it seems to vary with me, but after doing the twitch helper to decide which server to use, I had about 2500 kbps in denver and averaged around 1800 everywhere else in the US.

My computer specs are:
I7-4790 3.60Ghz
GTX 1050 TI
8 GB ram
system type x64
running on windows 10 as well
I mainly play shooters, specifically fortnite, csgo, and maybe other games like battlerite and wow. Would love to start streaming with a clear and consistent stream. If anyone has any suggestions please help me out!
