I'm having issues with my frames stuttering during recording. I tried going through my settings with recommendations from others, but nothing seems to make it better.
My hardware is a 3900x, a 2080ti, and 64gb of ram, so I don't believe it's hardware related.
I'm not sure what else I can do at this point to fix the issue.
