Question / Help Issues with recording and streaming

Hi! My name is Michael, and iv'e been having trouble with streaming and recording videos. I just recently started trying to use OBS Studio and all of my recordings are at least 1-5 FPS!! When i try to stream it gives me the same thing!!! I don't know whats happening, and iv'e tried looking things up on YouTube for this issue. Most just say use NVENC Encoder, and when I do that then it gives me an error. I really want to start streaming soon!!
