2 Questions.
1. Why do you need to capture H1Z1 with Monitor Capture when Game Capture works fine AND according to you, Window Capture works fine as well?
2. Why use Monitor Capture at all when it's very laggy?
Monitor Capture is already very well known for being extremely laggy when it comes to capturing full screen games. That's why your OBS slows to a crawl.
Use Game Capture. Turn on the option for Anti-Cheat Compatibility and it works fine. It captures the game just fine at full speed. Even with your settings.
If you're attempting to be able to Alt-Tab from the game OR be able to close off the game and capture your desktop immediately after, it's not gonna work since Monitor Capture is super laggy.
