I5 4790 k Processor, Gtx 970 graphics card, Internet 29mbs download 5mbs upload. So I need suggestions, I have ping spikes fairly regularly while trying to stream, my computer is in good shape it's a new build, cpu usage is about 5 to 10% while streaming and according to the estimator I should be able to stream at 1080p, with a bit rate of 3500 minimum and 30 to 60 fps for the game I'm playing (league of legends) I was wondering though are there any reasons I still have high ping? My Internet seems relatively quick enough to stream but is it possibly just an issue of stability? Last night after testing I dropped by bit rate down to 1,300 and my fps down to 20 :3 and also downscaling the stream quality, that's been about the only way I've found to stop the ping spikes from being severe but I feel like between by computer build and adequate network this shouldnt be necessary, please help! :)
