Question / Help Issues with FTL and Sound

Had an issue earlier with my sound on the 64bit FTL OBS Studio.

When I would put my capture card in, I would just get a massive sound of static on my stream and buzzing as if there is electrical interference. If I use the 32bit Obs then it is fine and there is no issues.

Any suggestions?

Audio setting is 38Khz as per advised.

make sure your console is set to Stereo or PCM Audio and not Dolby Digital Audio. That'd cause the static.
