yo. i have some questions regarding using my window capture and it taking me to a black screen. im specifically recording pokemon tcg online. iv been doing it for years now with no issues. just using windows capture. but i decided to update to 20.1, and i had encoder issue So i downgraded back to 18 since that is the one that worked before but now my window capture is just black. Same with game capture. Other details: using a laptop, encoder is nvenc h.264. iv done some research. still cant figure it out. i think i read somewhere about gpu vs cpu stuff that went over my head
Here is a picture of it. When I open up the program, a picture of where the program would be is stuck and frozen there. This never happened before until today. If anyone can give me any ideas on how to fix this please let me know. I'm using display capture for the time being and its not ideal.
