Hello OBS Team,

I recieve a tremendous amount of FPS issues when recording Blackout using gamecapture but have this issue with no other game.

I have updated my GFX drivers and OBS to the latest versions before reaching out for help here. Nothing I do seems to fix the issue. Hopefully some one can see the error?

Try NVENC for recording with x264 for streaming, this is a new game in which it itself isn't properly optimized to its full potential (streaming, recording, gameplay above 60hz, etc). I think what's happening is bo4 is using too much cpu so your recording struggles to find the power needed to fuel its rendering, either that or OBS is using 'alot' of its own out of your cpu and bo4 is trying to use some of the cpu thats already been allocated to OBS. With that said,

1080p60 NVENC 20k bitrate is totally acceptable and is actually not bad considering how much power is being used to record on x264, as a gamer you want as much fps as you can get from your game first before throwing up "taxing" recording settings and running it concurrently with a semi-taxing game (all CPU bound ofcourse)

Try to avoid the GPU overload, that you have by limiting ingame fps and if necessary reduce ingame details, until GPU load stays under 95% load while gaming.
