Question / Help Issues with BF V

Hello there. Does anyone have any issues while streaming BF V??
This is my current spec.

  1. UserBenchmarks: Game 103%, Desk 89%, Work 79%
  2. CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 91.1%
  3. GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070S (Super) - 115.2%
  4. SSD: Gigabyte SSD 240GB - 84.2%
  5. HDD: WD Black 1TB (2010) - 65.4%
  6. HDD: WD Black 1TB (2013) - 101.1%
  7. HDD: Hitachi HTS725050A7E630 500GB - 70.8%
  8. USB: WD My Passport 259D 2TB - 44.1%
  9. RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C16 2x8GB - 82.6%
  10. MBD: Asus TUF B450M-PLUS GAMING


Can play almost any game at 1440p over 90 FPS on ultra.

While streaming using the NVENC (new) High Profile - Max Quality) i got perfect FPS in-game..but horrible on the stream itself (around 20fps) This is using Game Capture. Dont have Encoder Overload.
I tried to lower the graphics or even using Display Capture but still the same issue.
Dont have this kind of issue with any other game (COD MOW, Arma 3, RDR2).

Certain games or applications will require OBS Studio to be run with elevated privileges in order to be captured. As of OBS v24.0.2, you can also run OBS to give it GPU priority, improving OBS performance when gaming. Try this, and it should help.

To run OBS as administrator, close OBS Studio, then simply right click the shortcut and select "Run as administrator."
