Issues with advanced mode under output

Hey, if I go on advanced mode under output, I can't set my bitrate correctly when i try to encode with H264/AVC Encoder. This applies for streaming and recording.
I can only set the bitrate value to 0 or 1. On the other hand if I use my cpu for encoding or the easy mode for output there is no problem with it at all.
Still, i really want to adjust my setting in the advanced mode and encode with my gpu.
Does anybody know about compatibility problems with the new AMD products maybe?
My cpu is the R7 5800x and my gpu is the RX 6800xt.
Or is it some other kind of bug? I really don't know what to do lol.
Even tried to reinstall OBS and used both of the currently available drivers for my gpu.. didn't help at all.

downgrade you AMD drivers its a bug in the drivers

Hey cycle, wie ich sehe bist du Deutscher :)
Das Problem ist, dass der erste Treiber den es für meine Karte gibt schon dieses Problem hat.
Hab also keine Möglichkeit auf eine Version des Treibers zu wechseln die mit meiner Karte kompatibel ist.
Heißt also einfach abwarten oder ?
