Question / Help Issues Streaming/recording black ops 3

Have been trying to stream and record black ops 3 many times. It does record but the quality is horrible have tried game capture as well as display capture neither of them seem to make a difference. I am using intel quick sync since x264 encoder continues to cause ecoder overload messages.

Stop trying to stream at 1080p60, it will look like garbage. Enable vsync in your game, downscale your stream to 720p30, use the veryfast x264 preset. Use the recording quality presets under Settings > Output (Simple mode) to record with Quick Sync at a higher quality.
