I've been experiencing some issues while streaming CS:GO
I have a tremendous mouse lag (when i move with WASD the game runs normally, but when I use the mouse to move the camera,I get lag).
I'm using a 2 monitor setup, a 165hz monitor where I play and a 60hz monitor where I run OBS).
I also have a problem that when I move my mouse quicly, it changes to the OBS monitor, even when I'm playing CS:GO in fullscreen.
Also, the CS hasn't been captured on OBS, it's just a black screen.
However, when I don't select any window on Game Capture, the lagging problem doesn't happen, but it's just selecting the csgo.exe, that it all happens again.

Setup: i7 4790, 16GB RAM, GTX 1060 6GB
