Greetings all!
Having a weird issue with OBS. I have a "Window Caputer" setup for Facebook Messenger and it will randomly crash when changing to the scene with it.
Here are my specs:

OBS: 24..0.6
OSX: High Sierra (10.13.6)

I've attached the dump file thinking it may help....

Uninstall the NDI plugin. You updated NDI to 4.5 and this version is crashing under MacOS.

03:11:35.964: [obs-ndi] NDI library initialized successfully (NDI SDK APPLE 11:50:41 Apr 1 2020 4.5.1)

Also, windows capture is non-performant on MacOS. Use a display capture, and add a crop to a window.

Thanks for the reply! I couldn't find any instructions anywhere on how to uninstall the NDI plugin (I don't need it as Skype's performance awful in comparison to FB messenger - and lots of people don't use Skype anymore, so it's easier via FB). After browsing the forums I did find the instructions on downgrading NDI to version 4.0 and did that last night. Afterward, still using Window Capture, I was unable to make it crash, so that's cool! How does one go about uninstalling NDI completely? I don't think I need it, since I won't be using Skype, correct?

Probably not. I haven't looked to see where the runtime installs files. NewTek's only guidance is to throw away the folder they put NDI Tools in. The plugin itself is in

/Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins

Well, streamed for 5h8m tonight without a single crash. Amazing!
The Window Capture for Messenger worked perfectly all night long. It was the NDI thingie after all I guess.
I didn't see anything in that folder, but I did follow a previous forum post about rolling back NDI to v4.0 and that must have done the trick.
Thanks to everyone for replying and taking the time to attempt to help. I suppose the moment of confusion for me was in that I wasn't trying to use NDI at all - unless there is a hook into it from the Wingow Capture somehow?

Not that I'm aware of. But some users are having OBS crash on startup with NDI 4.5 installed.
