I have tried quite a bit of different things before deciding to just ask you all if this setup is capable of doing what I am trying to accomplish. I have been playing Gears of War 4 on this desktop and any and every game that I have tried on it has played at max setting's with no issue. So I decided to download OBS to see if I could record some of the finer moments. I started by doing it on Rocket League through steam and everything work flawlessly recording in very good video quality with no lag/stuttering/freezing in the video at all. Along with a few other games having the same outcome. But for some reason When I try to play Gear of War 4 and record in the same quality the game itself has no problems at all running and everything works perfect on same settings as before. But when I go back to look at the video quality the video has some lag in it. It doesn't so much freeze but just doesn't run very smoothly. There was one point that I had it doing well but I unfortunately don't remember the settings in OBS I used. You have recorded using CBR, not my recommendation (taken from this guide: https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...lity-recording-and-multiple-audio-tracks.221/ )
Try again with recommended settings.
