Issue with Video and Audio getting out of sync - Squash livestream

Well it's been almost 2 years since I wrote on this forum trying to resolve the issue of Video and Audio getting out of sync using an IP Camera ans still not solved even though I have tried a ton of things. Before I ditch the IP Camera I thought I'd ask one last time if anyone has any suggestion of how to resolve this issue.
As can be seen in attached link the livestream starts fine then after about 5 minutes the Video pauses for about half a second but the audio keeps going so they become out of sync. Over the next few minutes it slowly gets back in sync and then does it all over again and so on.
Think the issue might be with the IP stream clocking from the Camera not syncing with the PC clock but not really sure. Thought I'd ask one last time if anyone has any suggestions. Not Wi-Fi issue as does the same when saving to file. Replacing the Camera is a bit of an issue as it's high on the ceiling.

I had to pull up the last logs you posted. A new log would be helpful but before you test again & post it, disable Game DVR if it's still enabled. Also, if those EOI errors are still in your log, set your USB Capture Device to 30/25FPS.
