Issue with Streaming OBS to Dacast

Hi There, The other night we were live streaming an event to Dacast and for some reason the stream was constantly buffering and jumping back and forth. We made sure all settings were as Dacast said they should be and also used the settings we have always used in OBS with no issues until the other night. The stream would also disconnect and reconnect every few minutes. A 4G router was used (it was in a high signal area with speeds perfectly acceptable for uploads and no-one else was signed into the router) and was hard wired to the laptop. Today while testing in the office the same errors occurred while hard wired to the office network. Can anyone help suggest what could be wrong as we have clients relying on this.
