Issue with stopping recording

Hi dear
I have a problem actually, I recently upgrade my webcam to "streamcam" logitec, before I had c270 logitec, I used to OBS without problem, I recorded several videos to my youtube channel.
Now I can't record, because always it stopped recording when y click the button, I read many answers on internet but nothing works for me
Can you help me with some advice?

Your graphics card (Geforce 210) is too weak for any meaningful graphics and video processing. It's barely able to display the Windows desktop. It's 16 years old and was weak even then.
It could be possible your motherboard supports the iGPU of your CPU, in this case enable the iGPU in the system BIOS and connect your monitor to the mainboard graphics connectors and remove the Geforce 210. Enable Quicksync (QSV) as encoder if the iGPU is available.

For discard problem I reconnected my logitec C270 and now the same problem but before test this new cam it works perfectly.

I think, the mentioned bottleneck is here:
