Question / Help Issue with new mic setup and OBS

I have recently set up a new mic and mixer to record with, but I am having issues with mic sound in the recording. The mic audio will "hiccup" and cut out or crackle for a fraction of a second. It is only the mic/aux audio that has this issue, the desktop audio is fine. At first I thought it was my noise gate doing it, but after taking all filters off the mic properties the issue persists. I have checked with other recording software, and the issue only seems to happen with OBS. My new mic is a MXL V67G and my mixer is an Onyx Artist 1-2. I have tried to troubleshoot this for a while, but I am stumped. Anyone have any ideas what the issue might be?

Bump. Anyone have any ideas? I looked around more and found someone had my exact problem, but with a different mic. They were unable to find a solid fix. Can anyone else with a MXL V67G maybe confirm that it works or doesn't work in OBS?

I actually found a fix for this. The issue ended up being the sample rate I was using. Even though OBS and my mic were set to the same audio sample rate of 44.1khz, I guess my mic didn't like that sample rate. I set it to 48khz and OBS to the same and it began to work perfectly. So if you have a MXL V67G and run into the same issue, it is probably the sample rate.
